Andrea Keneborus is the Owner of The Gym located in Lewiston, ME. Entering the fitness world in her 20’s as a way to improve her own physical and emotional health, she has been involved in the industry for over 15 years; finding a love for helping others achieve their goals along the way.
She is ISSA educated and works with all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, across all age groups. She specializes in strength and conditioning, as well as active aging. Her passion is working with seniors to help keep them both balanced and fit.
Andrea has the ability to connect to her clients, instilling trust in her as their coach. Andrea is upbeat, realistic and passionate about helping others become their own best self. Andrea recognizes how fitness has improved her own life, and is eager to change the lives of her clients.
Outside of The Gym, Andrea is the Owner of Element Allstars, a competitive cheerleading program and the Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Leavitt Area High School. She enjoys spending time with her four children- Noah, Bella, Madelyne and Abrahm, and going for long walks with her four dogs. She loves to eat healthy and can’t wait for summer to eat the fresh veggies from her garden. You’ll always see Andrea busy and on the go!

Michelle Twitchell attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Nutrition. She began to work as a Personal Trainer at a local gym in Lewiston and her passion to get the community healthier began to grow. She developed a 12-week nutrition program, RESULTS FITNESS AND WEIGHTLOSS that focuses on both exercise and nutrition to ensure clients achieve ultimate results.
Michelle works with clients in person and online. Training each client on an individual basis, focusing and achieving results through challenging and constantly changing workouts. Michelle is committed to developing and learning innovative training techniques that keep the workouts fun and the body challenged!
With a diverse clientele, Michelle is constantly educating herself on the newest training techniques. She frequently attends fitness conferences and continuing education seminars to bring the latest fitness techniques to her clients. She is a certified personal trainer through AFFA , ACE, and a Group Fitness and Spinning Instructor, with over 15 years of experience.
