Class Descriptions

Members- The classes are designed to be for all Fitness Levels from Beginner to Advanced. Instructors give different levels of difficulty, please work at your own pace. Our goal is to make all members feel successful in all the classes. Please feel free to approach the instructor before class if you are new at Group Fitness or have any limitations! Have fun and enjoy getting in the best shape with our awesome team of instructors!

ABS-N-Core

Need I say more!

ACTIVE AGING

This class will  help you develop strength, function, flexibility, stability and balance.  If you are looking to improve your level of fitness and general well being, and have a little fun, this class is for you.  For those age 50 and over.

CYCLE

This challenging program provides a group training experience set to upbeat music. Participants are guided through a challenging 40-50 minute simulated cycling session. The class incorporates a mind body concept that caters to the fitness needs of riders at all levels, from the experienced athlete, base training, to the beginner fitness enthusiast.

FIRED UP

Get fired up and ready to burn 400-600 calories in this fun and motivating class that utilizes TRX, Ropes, Body Weight, and more. Have FUN!

H.I.I.T IT!

Take your conditioning to the next level, whether you want to run faster, stronger core, or more physical strength; with high intensity interval training!

MONDAY MADNESS

Purge your weekend indulgences with a 60 min combination of cardio blast intervals, sequenced with weight training, sculpt and stretch. Kick your workout week into gear!

OULA

An easy to follow, high cardio, dance fitness class for people of all abilities. It is a motivating hour of high energy exercise to great music where participants are free to let it all out, and dance free of judgement. Oula is not just an exercise class, it is an experience. We are a welcoming community where you enter looking to burn calories and leave feeling better about yourself and your day.

POWER FLEX

Condition all major muscle groups in this total body training class. Increase heart rate & build muscle; perfect fitness combination for all levels.

SCULPT AND SWEAT

A combination class that will keep your muscles guessing. A mix of Cardio and resistance!

SHRED 207

Get shredded using ropes, weights, TRX, Balls and other forms of resistance & body weight training. Always changing and forever challenging! This class is for every fitness level that wants to take fitness to the next level.

STEP / CARDIO

This class will include intensity levels for those who require more from their personal work out, but allows all members of the class to achieve a successful and effective workout. For an added bonus core and ab workout at the end of class!

TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE

Come prepared to sweat!! A challenging interval program for all fitness levels with a unique blend of pure cardio that will include a variety of exercises and equipment .  Challenge yourself with this unique class,

T.N.T.

Tone-n-Tighten all major muscles in the body, adding strength, muscle definition, using dumbells, barbells, and balls, bands and other fun fitness toys.  Incorporating balance an stability exercises for core and endurance.  Classes vary for week to week keeping fun, exciting and motivating.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS

A basic yoga class with some Vinyasa flow and alignment techniques to get the most out of your yoga practice.

YOGA RELAX & RESTORE

End the day and have some Vinyassa flow to warm up and adding  restorative and therapeutic yoga with meditation and a longer savasana.

ZUMBA

Dance and have fun while getting fit with this new Latin inspired dance exercise program! Zumba uses a variety of basic dance styles set to international music such as meringue, salsa, and reggae tone.

ZUMBA GOLD

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. How It Works. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
