CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Our classes are designed to be for all fitness levels – from beginner to advanced. Instructors will offer modifications based upon each member’s fitness level – it is important to listen to your body and to go at your own pace. Our goal is to make all members feel successful during their workouts. Please feel free to approach the fitness instructor prior to class if you are new at group fitness or if you have any limitations. Try a class today and have fun getting into the best shape of your life!

ACTIVE AGING

This class will help you develop strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. If you are looking to improve your level of fitness and overall wellbeing, and looking to have a little fun while you’re at it, this is the class for you

CYCLE/SPIN

This program provides a group training experience set to upbeat music. Participants are guided through a 40-50 minute simulated cycling session. The class incorporates a mind/body concept that caters to the fitness needs of riders at all levels – from the experienced athlete to the beginner fitness enthusiast.

SHRED 207

Get shredded using ropes, weights, TRX, balls and other forms of resistance and body weight training. Always changing and forever challenging! This class is for every fitness level that wants to take fitness to the next level.

H.I.I.T IT!

High Intensity Interval Training

Take your conditioning to the next level, whether you want to run faster, have a stronger core, or more physical strength.

power flex

Condition all major muscle groups in this total body training class. Increase heart rate and build muscle. This class is the perfect combination for all levels.

FIRED UP

Get fired up and ready to burn 400-600 calories in this fun and motivating class that utilizes TRX, ropes, body weight and more. Have fun!

TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE

Come prepared to sweat! A challenging interval program for all fitness levels with a distinctive blend of cardio that will include a variety of exercises and equipment. Challenge yourself with this unique class.

LUNCH HOUR CARDIO COMBO

Condition all major muscle groups in this total body training class. This class builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. This is the perfect fitness combination for all levels.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS

A basic yoga class with some Vinyasa flow and alignment techniques to het the most out of your yoga practice.

Classes use the linking together of movements and breath to create a Vinyasa flow. Maya yoga Vinyasa classes utilize poses from the Ashtanga yoga primary, intermediate and advanced series. Vinyasa classes cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

T.N.T.

Tighten-N-Tone all major muscles in the body, adding strength and muscle definition by using dumbbells, barbells, balls, bands and other fun fitness toys. This class incorporates balance and stability exercises for increased core strength and endurance. Classes vary from week to week keeping it fun, exciting and motivating!

bootcamp

This circuit style class will incorporate all muscle groups by including strength and cardio. Bootcamp includes intensity levels for those who require more from their personal workout. Instructors will offer modifications that are appropriate to your fitness level and needs.

***Classes are designed for all Fitness levels.  Instructors offer different levels of difficulty. Please work at your own pace.
